Groups at Allaire Timbers Inn

Allaire Timbers Inn features 10 bedrooms, 10.5 bathrooms, has over 6,000 square feet of space and can sleep up to 20 people. The inn has an outdoor hot tub overlooking the mountains. Several common areas are available for relaxing. The inn has 8 lodge rooms (seven have king size beds and one has two twin beds), a private bathroom and balcony; 2 suites with a private bathroom, indoor hot tub and a gas burning fireplace.

The kitchen has a commercial Viking stove and a commercial dishwasher with a 90 second cycle, great for big groups. We have wireless internet that can be accessed throughout the inn or we have a computer available for you to use.

Allaire Timbers Inn is perfect for family reunions, corporate retreats and group vacations.

Breckenridge has world class skiing, snowmobiling, dog sledding, dinner sleigh rides, cross county skiing in the winter and in the summer hiking, biking, white water rafting and horse back riding are all within a short distance. Historic downtown is within walking distance. We are also on the free shuttle line, with easy access to the slopes or town.

$1,000 non refundable deposit at reservation and the balance due 90 days prior to arrival.
If reserving within 90 days of your stay 100% will be collected at reservation.

If a cancellation occurs less than ninety (90) days of the Check-In Date, all monies paid will be forfeited unless the property is re-rented. If the Property is re-rented, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged.
